He, along with 3 other young people, worked at a Burger Chief restaurant, in Speedway, Indiana. On November 17, 1978, after closing, some unknown persons entered the restaurant, stole some money, and kidnapped the 4 employees. They drove them to a wooden area in Johnson county and murdered them.
