Did:—At his home in Gentry, Arkansas, Tuesday evening, October 30, 1905. F. M. Terry, aged 58 years and one day. He was born in Vandalia, Fayett County, Illinois. He was married to Maria Cosgrove, Christmas eve, 1877.
He was survived by a wife and none children to mourn his departure.
He was a kind and thoughtful husband and father. His thoughts were continually upon his family while he was in the midst of suffering, thinking only of their welfare.
He was a kindly neighbor and a highly respected citizen. His family had the sympathy of a multitude of friends in their sad bereavement.

After Francis M. Terry's death, Maria moved to Wyoming where she homesteaded near the town of Clearmont. There she met Edmond Didelot, a widower, and they were married in Sheridan, Wyoming in 1915. They eventually moved to Oakland, California where they both died in January, 1933.
