BRUNNER-Henry Brunner, aged 60, of 4429 West River Dr. NE, Comstock Park resident of Grand Rapids and Plainfield Township the past 40 years, and an employee of Light Metals Corp., passed away Wednesday morning at Butterworth Hospital following several months illness. He is survived by his wife Bernice; two daughters, Mrs. Gary (Sally) Ahlquist of Cedar Springs and Miss Alma Jane Brunner at home; three sons, Richard of Grand Rapids, Kurt of Sparta and Walter at home; four grandchildren; one brother, Rudy of Fort Wayne, Ind. Mr. Brunner will repose at the VanStrien-Alman Mortuary, 1833 Plainfield NE, until Saturday morning when he will be removed to Immanuel Lutheran Church, corner of North Division and Michigan St., where services will be held at 1:30 Saturday afternoon, Pastor Martin W. Brauer officiating. Interment Rosedale Memorial Park. Members of the family will be at the mortuary from 2 to 4 Thursday and Friday afternoon from 7 to 9 on Thursday and Friday evenings.
