RANDS, PHYLLIS B., 85, of Clearwater, died Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2005, at home. She came here in 1971 from her native Port Huron, Mich. She was a homemaker and Protestant. Survivors include four daughters, Jean Wirtz and Helen Burkett, both of Clearwater, Esther Cope, Hillard, Ohio, and Mary Powell, Port Huron; a sister, Hazel Hand, and a brother, Charles Warner, both of Port Huron; 14 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and two great-great- grandchildren.
