Girly was an elderly mini cocker spaniel I found out in the street on a rainy night (October 28 2012) in front of a huge senior citizen living complex. I think her owner might have been a resident who passed away and then she was just turned out or lost. I posted over 100 signs in the neighborhood and had ads on the internet and in the newspapers, but never got a reply. She was in poor health and nearly blind. She was very smart and well behaved and got along with all my cats and dog. Her health deteriorated quickly and I had to let her go.
