Age 91 years. Beloved husband of the late Louise (nee Pocian). He was a beloved father, grandfather, and great-great grandfather.

Edward did not retire until he was 87, because he loved his job and never wanted to quit. He only retired because of his bad back! He was an amazing and hardworking person who led a very interesting life. Growing up, I loved hearing stories about his businesses, living and thriving through the depression, and so many other fascinating things.

Grandpa Eddie was the best grandfather in the world. He is missed more than words can ever say. He was a very warm and loving person. I am thankful that I have a lifetime of wonderful memories of spending time with him to cherish. My parents, sister and I ate several meals a week with my grandparents, spent every single holiday and birthday with them, went on trips with them, and were blessed because they were a daily part of our lives.

Grandpa was always there to share in our joys and pains equally, and was always there for his family, no matter what. He loved to hear about what we were doing with our lives, and took personal interest in absolutely everything. He may have been 91, but that didn't stop him from being interested in my web design business or anything else that we were enthusiastic about. He loved to sit in front of the computer and look at my clients' websites with me and learn about whatever I was doing that week. He had a great mind and kept up with current events daily. He was sharp as a tack until the day he died. I only hope that I can say the same when I am 91.

It's impossible to fit his personality into this page, but I wanted to at least try. This is a tribute to my wonderful grandfather. I love you grandpa Eddie!
