Michelle Suzanne Grayshaw, professionally known as Jasmine Grey, 21, of Seville, passed away Saturday, Dec. 10, 2005, in Medina, Ohio.

She was born March 8, 1984, in Medina. She was an entrepreneurial business owner. Michelle was honest, loving, straightforward and compassionate; a sister, daughter, aunt, niece and an amazing friend to everyone who had the honor of meeting her. Michelle was beyond description. She was always smiling and looking cute. She could be anyone's anything without question or a thought. Michelle will always be embraced in a very special place in all our hearts. We love you always and forever.

She is survived by her parents, Francis C. and Theresa M. (nee Smolko) Grayshaw; sister, Christina Grayshaw of Medina; brother, Joshua Grayshaw of Medina; "brother", Toby Polson; stepsisters, Ashley and Lindsey Grayshaw; stepbrother, Jeremy Grayshaw; grandfather, Al Smolko; stepgrandmother, Donna Smolko; nephew, Tyler Polson; niece, Katlyn Marie Grayshaw; uncle, Jeff Smolko; and soul mate, Joshua Davis.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Wilma Smolko.
