Lois G. Davis. 77, of Gering, died Saturday, Dec. 6, 2003 at Northfield Villa.
Her memorial service will be held Saturday, Dec. 20, 2003 at 11:00am at Zion Evangelical Church in Scottsbluff with Pastor Doug Jones officiating. Inurment will be at Fairview cemetery. Cremation was held at Sunset Memorial Park Crematory. Dugan-Kramer Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Lois was born on Sept. 19, 1925 in Scottsbluff to LeRoy and Myrtle (Parrish) Ullstrom. She graduated from Scottsbluff High School in 1943.
Lois did Christian counseling for 10 years, stenographic work at several attornies offices and also worked in the County Attorney's office in the courthouse.
She married Max O. Rubottom on Sept. 22, 1943, in Gering,
She married Virl W. Davis on May 15, 1955 in Gering.
Lois was a member of the Christian Women's Club, Tole Painting Guild and the Zion Evangelical Church.
She enjoyed painting and reading. She loved her family and will be sadly missed.
Lois is survived by her sons Richard and wife Karen Rubottom of Shelly, Idaho, Delmer Rubottom of Blackfoot, Idaho, Lee and wife Debbie Rubottom of Gering, Ray Rubottom of Scottsbluff and Brent and wife Debbie Davis of Scottsbluff; 7 grandchildren.
She was preceeded in death by her parents, sister Blythe Conklin and Muriel Carlson, brothers Leland Ullstrom, Ardyce Ullstrom, Cecil "Bill" Ullstrom, first husbanc Max O. Rubottom and second husband Virl Davis. 12-14-03 SH
