MRS. RAY DICKINSON
APPLEGATE-Mrs. Olive Dickinson, 56, wife of Ray Dickinson and lifelong resident of Applegate area died Friday night in Deckerville Hospital following a long illness.
Miss Oliver Hawkins was born Nov. 1, 1904 in Croswell. She was married to Mr. Dickinson in 1922, in Port Huron.
Surviving are her hiusband, two daughters, Muriel and Clara Belle Dickinson and a son, Dean Dickinson, all of Croswell, a sister Mrs. Rachel Mathews, Port Huron and two brothers Bruce Hawkins, West Palm Beach, Fla., and Howard Hawkins, Newburg, N.Y.
Remains are in the Jewell Funeral home in Carsonville and will be removed at noon Monday to lie in state in Applegate Pilgrim Holiness Church.
Funeral services wil be conducted in the church at 2 p.m. Monday by Rev. Raymond Dean, pastor
Burial will be in Washington Cemetery.
