FRANK SHANOCK.
Frank Shanock, proprietor of the
brick saloon on Main street, died yes-
terday forenoon, of typhoid fever, af-
ter an illness of three weeks. Mr.
Shanock was formerly a resident of
the town of Sigel and was the chair-
man of that town, when he removed to
the city about six months ago. His
death is a great surprise to all, as but
a few knew he was dangerously ill.
