Chelsey Nichol Northrup, 21 years old, was born in Ann Arbor and grew up in Saline, graduating from Saline High School in 2010.
She attended Eastern Michigan University where she hoped to enter the Nursing program in September. Chelsey was very independent and caring and dreamed of saving lives.
Chelsey is survived by her father, maternal mother, step-mother, three sisters, nephew, grandparents, boyfriend, aunts & uncles, great grandparents, cousins and many friends.
She loved her family, animals, outdoor sports and the Detroit Tigers. Chelsey touched many lives. She is loved and missed.
Visiting hours will be held at Nie Funeral Home in Ann Arbor on Saturday May 10th with a memorial service to follow. Everyone is invited to a gathering afterwards at the UAW.
In lieu of flowers, an educational fund is being set up for the love of Chelsey's life, her young nephew Carter.

CAUSE OF DEATH -car accident, hit by a driver who was drinking & using a cell phone.
