Judith Ann Adair, 74, died on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at her home in Milford, Texas. She was born in Kansas City, Missouri on December 19, 1939 to the late Libourne Cooper and Birdie Neal Cooper. She married Terry Adair on December 8, 1967 and he preceded her in death December 7, 1997.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Nathan Cooper and Jerry Cooper.

Survivors include 3 daughters, Debbie Hankins of Lewisville, Rebecca Adair of Waxahachie; Betty Ward of Irving; one son, Glen Adair of Milford; 3 grandchildren, Kayce Gutierrez, Lyndon Porter, Loren Hankins; 3 great-grandchildren, Kaylee Gutierrez, Jonathan Gutierrez, and Isabelle Augua.

Memorial service was held at eleven o'clock AM on December 20, 2014 at Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Chapel in Waxahachie with Reverend Ronny Crumpton officiating. Interment in Shell Rock, Iowa.
