Miss Minnie A. Elliott was born in 1907 in Mississippi, the daughter of James Wesley Elliott and Adah M. Sample Elliott, both of Mississippi. The Elliotts had 2 daughters; Elma C. Elliott, born about 1905 and Miss Minnie. From people I have talked to in Milford, she was a school teacher. I know she was a very wonderful, nice person. We rented a house from her in 1970. She was living in Greenwood, LeFlore, MS. at the time. From what I remember she had moved back to Mississippi to be with her sister.
