Jacksonville, FL - Tiffany Sykes-Cecconi started out life as a foster child but was adopted into a family where she was loved and she considered her siblings her very best friends. She was beautiful, a young mother.
CECCONI Tiffany Sue, 18, and her daughter, Kaylani Rae Marie, 18 months, passed away July 8, 2009. Tiffany was a lifelong resident of Jacksonville, and was a loving and devoted mother to Kaylani. Survivors include her husband (and Kaylani's father), Craig; Tiffany's sister, Lesleigh Sykes; and many other loving family members and friends.
She and her daugher were victims of murder.
