Perry, David J. 49, of Arlington Heights, beloved husband of Stephanie (nee Cole), dear brother of Sandra (James) Maslen and uncle of Damon, also survived by his miniature golden retriever, Brandy. Memorial service 3 p.m., Thursday, at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd. (4 blocks South of Palatine Rd.), Arlington Heights. Interment private. If desired memorials may be made in David's name to Northwest Community Healthcare Foundation, 3060 Salt Creek Lane, Suite #110, Arlington Heights, IL 60005.
