Royalty, Queen consort of Aragon. She was the sixth child of Charles II, King of Naples and his wife Maria of Hungary. To strengthen the peace contract between Naples and Aragon she was married to Jaime II in 1295. In the following years she bore nine children and died giving birth to the tenth. Like her husband she was first buried in Barcelona but was transferred in 1410 to Santes Creus Monastery.
