Cynthia grew up in Evansville, IN. She graduated from Harrison High School in 1976. She was murdered in 2000. She is survived by her parents, James and Barbara Rutledge, a daughter, Cora D Herron, of Evansville, a son, Chris Herron, of Evansville, stepsons Wm R. Herron III and Robert Herron of Rutledge, of Evansville, and her brother Steven Rutledge, of Evansville.
