From his obit: T. J. Bowles, age 63, former resident of the Ames community, who was a brother of A. R. [Alvin (Alva)] R. Bowles and Mrs. T. W. [Lydia Fern] Webster of Enid, dies Thursday at his home in Shidler.
Survivors are two sons, Francis and Cecil of Monterrey [sic], Calif,. a daughter, Mrs. Myrtle Honea of Clyde, Texas; A.R. Bowles, Enid; F.[Forest] W. of Fairview, R.L. of Long Beach, Calif., P. [Paul] U. of Ames and three sisters, Mrs. George Underwood [ Ethel M.] of Strong City, Mrs. W.L. [Leuretta Mae] Wright of Fairview and Mrs. T. W. [Lydia Fern] Webster.
