Alice was the oldest of two children of George & Alice [Lamboll] Glover. She was born in Kingsclere, Southampton, England and raised a Quaker.

On 19 Oct 1680 in Brumpton, Berkshire, England Alice married John Brunsden.

A contributor indicated that the couple left Deal, England on 30 Aug 1682 on the Welcome. However another contributor relays that their names were not listed as passengers. (This poster has seen omissions from passenger lists before.) Sometime in 1682 John was working as a surveyor in America.

Her uncle William Lamboll in 1684 gave 100 acres land in Chester County to Alice & John.

Alice's younger sibling was Hannah Glover m. Joseph Gilpin in 1691. (They came to Chester County, PA in 1695).

Alice & John had three children:
1. John, b. 1680-87, died before 1711
2. Alice, b. 1680-87, married and died soon after a son's death. Her husband's name is not known.
3. Hannah, 1671-1826, m. 1698, John Buckingham, 11 ch.

Alice's husband John had died before 1692.

After John died Alice married William Vestal. They married before Aug 1792.

Alice and William Vestal had four children:
1. William, 1692-1745, m. Elizabeth Mercer, 3 ch.
2. Sarah, d. 1686
3. Mary, b. 1694
4. George, b. 1698

On 10 Jun 1697 Alice was shown as being Baptized in Ridley Creek and a member of the Brandywine Baptist Church.

Alice's 2nd husband William Vestal died between Jan-Feb 1701.

On 26 May 1709 Alice and her son William buy a tract of 125 acres of land in Bradford, Chester County, PA.

Alice's death date (after 1709) and burial information have yet to be found. She was a member of the Brandywine Baptist Church so it is probable that she was buried here.
