In 1687 he bought 100 acres from his father in Radnor. 1689 & 1696 Pennsylvania property records show land sales by William. In 1691 the family mortgaged 30 acres of land with a house that was located in Mounmouthshire, Wales.
1701 survey maps show that the family also owned land in Delaware.
In 1708 when William died his father Howell bought William's New Castle County land that was seized by the sheriff.
Sometime before 1708 William married. Regretfully the name of his wife is unknown. He had four children, they were all born before 1708.
