His third wife was the widow Susanna (Thayer) Benson Aldrich. His fourth wife was Sally Thompson Aldrich, the daughter of Elisha Thompson and Hannah Cook Thompson. They were married at Mendon May 7,1809, and she died at Blackstone Dec 2,1846.
