He was born in Marion, Indiana on December 16, 1919 to John W. and Idris Jackson Kiser.
Mr. Kiser was an accountant for Southwestern Bell before he retired.
He served honorably during World War II in the Army Air Corps.
Gene was preceded in death by his first wife Mary Frances Kiser in 1975, and second wife Grace Jones Kiser in 1999. He is survived by son Lawrence, daughter Judith, and five grandchildren.
Services will be held 3:30 pm Friday, June 17, 2005 at Restland's Wildwood Chapel. Entombment to follow services at Restland Chapel Garden Mausoleum. (Bio: Linda K)
