Dorothy was the daughter of Philip Gutman and Mary Rothfuss. On 22 Nov 1920 she married George Maurice Cusick and they had four sons: Maurice, Robert, Paul and Richard. Dorothy was a retired clerk for the Second Magesterial District. She was also a past treasurer of the Mose Green Democratic Club and a member of the Downtown Woman's Club.
