Catherine was the eldest of four children born to Joseph Kamber and Mary Meiners. On 21 May 1913 she married William Doelker and they had two children, William and John. William died in 1941 and Catherine never remarried. She worked for many years at the Reiss and Dabney Cigar Co. Catherine died at Louisville Memorial Hospital.
