Alvin was the son of Jacob Albert and Rosa Schwartz. On 04 Dec 1926 he married Frances Tucker and they had one son, Hazael. They were divorced and at some point after 1952 he married Julia Arts. Albert was a bus driver for the Louisville Transit Co. for 26 years. He died of a heart attack.
