Edward was the son of John Klein and Bernadine Von Bokern. About 1928 he married Margaret Amshoff and they had nine children: Charles, John, Edward, Margaret, Thomas, Barbara, Marian, Rose and Martin. Edward worked as a painter for the Ben H. Paslick & Son Company for 25 years. He died at the age of 64.
