Messerschmitt Bf109E (1124). Sortie to England. Shot down by RAF Hurricane of 257 Squadron and broke up in mid-air, bulk of aircraft crashed in the Channel off Littlestone Golf Links, Kent, 3.30pm. Uffz. Heinrich Arp (FF) killed (Body washed ashore at Littlestone on 24th October). Aircraft 10+ .
