PRINCETON - A Bureau County coroner's jury found the Aug. 27 death of Matthew Bence, 18, a Princeton High School student to be accidental, and the death of passenger Russell Foster, 16, a Hall High School student, to be a homicide on Friday afternoon at the Bureau County Courthouse.
Both teens died in an alcohol-related crash on Aug. 27 on U.S. 34 heading east between Princeton and Dover.

Matthew A. Bence, 18, of 714 W. Clark St., Princeton died at 2:28 a.m. Aug. 27, 2006, in Dover.
Services will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Jensen Funeral Home, Princeton. The Rev. Lloyd Doyens will officiate. Burial will be private.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home until the time of services.
He was born March 17, 1988, in Princeton to Candi S. Jones.
He was starting his senior year at Princeton High School.
