Carlin Alexis Davis, age 12, a resident of Bay Minette, passed away, at home with her family, Tuesday, September 17, 2013.
Carlin was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Barbara and Ray Davis; paternal great grandparents, Joe and Tootsie Davis, Leslie and Syble Bryars; maternal great grandparents, O. C. "Tuffy" and Nell Waters, Allen and Laine Valine.
She is survived by her parents, William and Alice Davis; sister, Clare Davis; brother, Myles Davis, all of Bay Minette; grandparents, Judy Waters Valine of Bay Minette, Spencer and Pat Valine of Gulf Shores; aunt, Denise (Greg) Johnson;
cousin, Whitney Johnson, all of Bay Minette; Mrs. Gorney's 7th grade class, Father Pat, Sister Margaret, all the staff, faculty and students at St. Patrick's, as well as many other family and friends.
The family will receive friends at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Thursday, September 19, 2013, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held from St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Friday, September 20, 2013, at 1:00pm. Carlin will lie in state at the church from 12:00pm until the service time.
Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
