Husband of Frances E. M. Foulkes, of 41, Brookdale Rd., Liverpool.

He married Frances Eliza Margaret Williams, daughter of Charles Williams on 4 March 1915, at St. Bride's Church, Liverpool.
He was then a Sergeant in the Regiment.

Death Certificate.
Charles Henry Foulkes, aged 41, married, a Sergeant in the Royal Irish Constabulary, from Rearcross, Newport, died at the Military Hospital, Limerick, on 11 September 1920.
The cause of death was Pneumonia 25 days, Chronic Nephritis, certified.
