KIMBALL TWP.- Ford L. Kiteley, 85, of Kimball twp., formerly of Port Huron, died Thursday, Dec. 18, 1997 in Port Huron Hospital following a long illness. He was born June 7, 1912 in Avoca and was a life long area resident. He married Eva E. Pifer on April 25, 1936 in Port Huron. She died June 3, 1982. He is survived by his daughter, Julia (Gary) Maes of Kimball; his son, Nelson (Peggy) Kiteley of Tacoma, WV; his grandson, Paul (Melissa) Maes, Port Huron; his granddaughters, Dorcas Kiteley and Kandace Kiteley, both of Tacoma, WV; his grandson, Andrew Maes of Port Huron; six great grandchildren; his sisters, Eva Dimon of Port Huron, Virginia Bohn of Bridgeport, Mi., and Betty (Al) Cushman of Port Huron; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home. The Rev. Leonard Gamber will officiate. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery. Visiting hours are 2-4 and 7-9 Sunday. Pallbearers will be Paul Maes, Andrew Maes, Gary Maes, Brad Cushman, and Donald Varty. Memorials maybe made to the American Diabetes Association. Resource- Port Huron Times Herald, December 20, 1997
