Daughter of Gilbert Gibbins Driver and Sallie Davis Driver of Hopewell, VA.

Isola and Alexander Moncure Bloxton were married at 8 pm, Saturday, January 19, 1946, at the First Methodist Church. Given in marriage by her brother, G. Wootson Driver of Virginia Beach, the bride wore a gown of ice blue satin and net fashioned with a low, round neckline, short puff sleeves, fitted bodice and a full skirt. She wore a coronet of blue flowers trimmed with blue net and a short veil at the back, and her bouquet was of pink and white carnations. Her only ornament was a triple strand of pearls, a gift from her mother. Mrs. Amanda Elnora "Nonie" Driver (Herman H.) Hill #75416984 of Virginia Beach was her sister's matron of honor and only attendant. She wore a pink jersey gown with sweetheart neckline, short sleeves, fitted bodice and full skirt. Her bouquet was of mixed pompoms, and she wore fresh flowers in her hair.

Her groom had as his Best Man his son, Staff Sergeant Robert Conway Bloxton, USMC, stationed at Quantico, VA. The ushers were L. O. Williams and B. W. Partin, both of Hopewell. The newlyweds left immediately following the ceremony for a wedding trip to Florida. On their return, they lived in Hopewell.

Isola was interred on February 2, 2001.

Her beloved grandson, Timothy Michael John "Tim" Peyton joined Isola in Heaven on February 9, 2017.
