COOPER, JUDY E. WENDOVER, 43, of Safety Harbor, formerly of New Port Richey, died Sunday (May 14, 2006) in Oldsmar. She came to New Port Richey in 1972 from her native Schenectady, N.Y., and in January she moved to Safety Harbor. She worked four years as a bartender at Trotties Lounge, Safety Harbor, and formerly worked for the state of Florida and United Healthcare, Tampa. She attended Calvary Chapel Worship Center of New Port Richey. She was the mother of two, one daughter and one son.
