Mary Budzak, 103, of Olyphant and formerly of Throop, died Tuesday morning at Lackawanna Rehab and Health Center. Her husband, Paul Budzak Sr., died in October of 1969. Born in Hudson, daughter of the late John and Mary Kulenich, she resided the majority of her life in Throop. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church, Throop. She was a loving grandmother and great-grandmother who will be greatly missed. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Betty Walence; and two sons, Paul and Joseph Budzak. The funeral will be Thursday from the James M. Margotta Funeral Home, 1019 Main St., Peckville, with Mass of Christian Burial at noon in Blessed Sacrament Parish, Throop. Interment will follow at St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Throop. Friends may call Thursday from 10:30 to 11:30 at the funeral home.
