Tom was a Waiter at Jerry's Famous Deli in Marina Del Rey, CA. He used to talk about one of the tables that would always request him, it was the party of Roseanne Barr.
Tom was found dead in his Los Angeles Apartment by police who came to check on his where abouts after he had missed a few days of work at the Deli. He had been stabbed multiple times and at this point the police seem to have his killer in custody. If the info is correct this person had only been out of jail for a few weeks before he met Tom who it seems might have been trying to help the guy out.
