The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Mary's Church, with the Rev. Martin Farrell presiding. Burial will be in St. Augustines Cemetery, Bangor.
Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Cappiello-McKenzie and Cosgrove Funeral Home.
Surviving are her husband, Davis J.; a son, Donald F., Fort Covington; a daughter, Mrs. Lucien (Eleanor) Latulippe, Fort Covington; a brother, Melvin Premo, Massena; two sisters, Leona Premo, Malone, and Martha Jock, Fort Covington; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and several nephews, nieces and cousins.
Three brothers, Victor, Cleo and Almon Premo, and two sisters, Dorothy Carriers and Doris Premo, died before her.
Born in Worcester, Mass., on Aug. 28, 1913, a daughter of William and Eva Primeau Premo, she was a graduate of St. Joseph's Academy, Malone. She married Davis J. Avery on Oct. 8, 1931, in Notre Dame Church, Malone, with Father Lawrence Mallette presiding.
Mrs. Avery was a communicant of St. Mary's Church and a member of the Altar and Rosary Society.
