Last Rites For Anna E. Barber
Mrs. Anna E. Barber, 79, widow of Erwin Barber, a life resident of this section, died Friday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Francis Byrns, Smartville. She was born in Redfield July 12, 1871 the daughter of Lewis and Margaret Yerdon Joyner. Her husband died about 27 years ago.
Surviving besides Mrs. Byrns are two other daughters, Mrs. Clarence Ridgeway of Liverpool and Mrs. Thomas Brennan of Orwell; four sons, Lewis of Ohio, Edwin of Richland, Milton and Homer of Altmar, and a number of grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at the home of her son, Homer Barber, Altmar, at 2 p. m. Monday by the Rev. A. L. Strauss of the Altmar Methodist church with burial in Riverside cemetery, Altmar.
