CASTLE, Roxanne Lee "Foxy Roxy" (Crosby) Roxanne Lee "Foxy Roxy" (Crosby) Castle, 51, of Tariffville, passed away Thursday, (October 23, 2008) at home surrounded by her family. She was born December 19, 1956 in Rockville, daughter of Zelma H. (Martin) Cole of Canaan, ME and the late Donald B. Crosby and lived the first half of her life in Maine and the remainder here in Connecticut. She worked at Geissler's Supermarket in Granby for 14 years where she had many close associates and friends and a large circle of loyal customers who loved her smiles and her kind heart. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She loved country and church music and loved to go to the casino. She also enjoyed spending time with her loving family. Roxanne was a loyal customer to Toni-Ann's in Granby and loved having breakfast there with her daughters. Besides her mother, she is survived by her two daughters, Melissa Lynn and Ann Marie Castle of Tariffville; four brothers, Donald B. Crosby, Frank Crosby, Robert A. Cosby and Perry E. Cole; a sister, Marion L. Cole and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Peggy A. Leung. The family would like to give special thanks to the staff of McLean Hospice and the Hartford Hospital Bliss 5 staff. Friends may call at the Vincent Funeral Home, 880 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Tuesday, October 28, 6-8 p.m. Graveside funeral service and burial will be Wednesday, October 29, 1 p.m. at the Granby Center Cemetery, North Granby Road, Granby.
