Daughter of James Marshall and Nelly Klette. Married Archibald Hutchinson, Jr. (son of Archibald Hutchinson, Sr. and Catherine Gouge) on 27 Sep 1829 at Campbell County, KY. They had twelve children.

Priscilla and Archibald were originally buried at the Cold Spring Baptist Church Cemetery (at the time it was called Licking Baptist Church Cemetery) in Cold Spring, Campbell County, Kentucky. They were removed and reinterred on 18 Nov 1910, in the plot of their son, Thomas K. Hutchinson.
