CLAUDIE DOLORES (SIVEK) DEWEES, passed away December 18,2008. Born December 28,1915 at Plum Tx.

Preceded in death by husband Olen Edward Dewees. Survivors: daughter, Betty Jane Julian husband Rudy of Stafford, sons; Walter Lee Dewees and wife Verna of College Station, Olen Edward Dewees Jr. of Houston, granddaughters; Venetia Boneno and husband Roger of Sugar Land, Tx.,Dawn Marie Dewees of Grand Prairie, Tx.,grandson;Michael Andrew Dewees of Copperas Cove, Tx.,great granddaughters; Cassidy Gilbert and Mary Boneno, great grandsons; Brandon Dewees and Dominic Boneno.

She was a member of "Queen of Peace Catholic Church and Catholic daughters for over 50 years. Started work at Continental Can Co. in 1944 during the war as a Rosie the Riveter type working on bomb tails. Retired in 1975 with 30 plus years of service.

Visitation will be Sunday, December 21, 2008 from 5pm to 8pm at Forest Park Lawndale with a rosary starting at 7pm in the Family Chapel. Mass will be Monday, Dec 22, 2008 at 10am at Queen of Peace 3011 Telephone Rd. Houston, Tx. 77023. Burial will be at Field Store Cemetery on FM 1488 in Waller County at 1pm on Monday. In lieu of flowers, a donation to St. Dominics Village Nursing Home at 2401 Holcombe Blvd. Houston, Tx. 77021
