Murdered by Ted Bundy. Debra left a school play early to pick up her brother at an ice skating rink, but never arrived. A handcuff key was found in the parking lot near her car. The key matched handcuffs Bundy used to try and abduct Carol DaRonch earlier that month (Carol survived). A patella (knee cap) was later found and identified via DNA as Debra's. Bundy confessed to her murder shortly before his execution.
