This is Lucius Warters, the second child and second son of Stephen Lassiter and Mary Ann Warters. He was born March 11, 1866 and died Oct 22, 1869 of typhoid, after his mother, Mary Ann had died (Aug 10, 1868). He is buried with his mother, sister and grandmother in a separate cemetery from his father, who is buried with other family members at Fairview Cemetery in LaGrange, Lenoir Co., North Carolina.
