Delbert was born Feb. 18, 1923, at Ponca City, Oklahoma to Luther M. and Dovie (Andrews) Graham.
He was a veteran of World War II serving in the United States Army. Delbert was a member of Philadelphia Church of God. He was a self-employed plumber.
Delbert married Leora H. Adams on April 22, 1946, in Lindsay, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on Nov. 30, 2007.
Delbert enjoyed gardening, fishing, hunting and spending time with his family.
He is survived by one son, two daughters, one brother, seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Delbert was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 61 years and three sisters.
