Preceded in death by a son, Donald Joe Riggan. Survived by his wife Esther of the home, daughter in-law Jan Riggan of Antlers; grandsons, Mike Riggan, St. Louis Mo., Brad Riggan of Oklahoma City; and a sister, Ethel Stark of Shawnee.
Services 1:00 p.m. Thursday, Bill Merritt Chapel with committal service at 3:30 p.m., at Byars Oklahoma.
