He was married to the former Fay E. Fullerton on September 6, 1942 in Las Vegas Nevada. He was a member of the Exchange Ave. Church where he taught a mens Sunday School class and was an usher.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister. He was also a frequent contributor to the Melba's Swap Shop in the Daily Oklahoman.
Survivors include his wife of the home, 3 sons, Jack of Anadarko, Jerry of Earlham IA. And Jim of OKC, 4 sisters, Maud Wilson of Byars, Esther Riggan of OKC, Pauline Smith of Colinga CA, Laveta Simpson of OKC, 2 brothers, George Stone of Stratford and Dale Stone of Ardmore, 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
Services 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Exchange Baptist Church with burial in Resthaven Cemetery, Rev. Frank Baugh, retired minister, Rev. Ken Kellogg of Muskogee and Rev. Dennis Pulley, pastor of Exchange Ave. will officiate.
