Randall was born January 5, 1953 in Springfield to Cecil Bernard "Coonie" Ash and Doris Jean (Johnson) Ash.
Mr. Ash was a member of the U.S. Army and served in Germany.
He worked for the village of Kilbourne, working on electrical, heating, and cooling systems for a number of years.
He is survived by one son, Rodney (Shannon) Ash; grandchildren, Alyssa, Kole, and Noelle Ash; one niece; two nephews; one great niece; and one great nephew.
He was preceded in death by his father, mother, brother, and sister.
Graveside services will be in Kilbourne Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
