Daughter of Benjamin Davis and Martha Cleaves.
Hannah Ann Davis married Oliver Perry Angelo on 14 August 1834. She married John D. Whipp on 17 July 1855 in Palmyra, Marion, Missouri. She married Benjamin T. Bellew on 17 December 1889 in Wilmington, Delaware.

The funeral of the late Mrs. H. A. Bellew, the mother of Mr. Frank F. Angelo, will take place from the residence of her son, in South Washington street, this morning at 11 o'clock. The body will then be taken to Washington for interment in the Congressional Cemetery. Mrs. Bellew, who was eighty-two years of age, was one of the most beloved old ladies in the city.
