Norman J. Grier Rites

Funeral services for Norman Jay Grier, 19, National Guardsman, will be held at 11 a. m. tomorrow at his home, 1120 Pullman Place, where friends may call tonight. Interment will be at Riverview Cemetery. Full military rites will be conducted by the 156th AA Battalion.

Grier, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Oliver C. Grier, and another member of the Delaware National Guard, William Alexander Rittenhouse, 16, of 617 Church Street, were killed when the car, driven by the latter, crashed into a tree on the Milford-Rehoboth Highway early Saturday morning. They were on an overnight pass from the encampment.

Grier worked as a wireman in the communications section of Battery B, 156th Battalion.
