Age 41, of Newark, DE, passed away suddenly on Monday, February 12, 2007, in Philadelphia, PA.

Robert was born in Brooklyn, NY on May 23, 1965 to Carl E. and Eleanor B. (Van-Dunk) Norris. He was a U. S. Marine and served in Dessert Storm, a first team all-conference running back for the University of Delaware, a 14 year veteran of the New Castle County police department. He retired from the force to pursue several entrepreneurial ventures and to spend more time with his family. Robert started a real estate investment company, Pony Express Properties LLC, was Vice President of Watson International LLC, and was CEO of Roberts Ramps, LLC. Bobbie was an extremely talented athlete, a creative business man and above all else, an amazing husband and father. Nothing was more important to Bobbie than his college sweetheart and wife, Patty and their 3 beautiful children. He will be missed forever.

Robert is predeceased by his brother, Mark David Norris. Along with his parents, Carl and Eleanor Norris he is survived by his wife of 16 years, Patricia Lee (Rohm) Norris; 3 children, Casey age 15, Tyler age 13 and Brie age 8; 2 brothers, Carl E. Norris, of Endicott, NY and Paul G. Norris and wife, Kimberly, of Newark, DE; 4 nieces and nephews, Gionna Norris, Carl Norris, Theo Norris and Mariah Norris.
