She was born on March 6, 1934 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Guy and Grace (Giamarco) Fracasso. She graduated from Linden McKinely High School Class of 1952. Norma lived in Delaware from 1957 – 1966, then
resided in Marion for 33 years before returning to Delaware in 2000. She worked as a librarian and a bus driver for the Pleasant Schools for 28 years. She was also a member of the St. Mary Catholic Church in Marion and Delaware. One of her greatest joys was spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years; Paul Fritz DeLauder, Son; Michael (Zel) DeLauder of Westerville, Daughter; Paula (Warren) Martin of Roscoe, IL., Grandchildren; Andy and Kelly DeLauder,
Brother; Guy Fracasso of Naples, FL., and Sister; Gloria (Joe) Yonadi of Lewis Center.
